Customer Case Ensto
Ensto, an international company with more than 1,600 employees, designs and delivers innovative and reliable electrical solutions for power distribution. For the past 20 years, the company has maintained a close partnership with Rubino Rekrytering, built on expertise, trust, and a strong collaborative relationship.
To create the most successful collaboration possible, transparency, commitment, and a deep understanding of the client’s needs are essential. It is about building a close partnership where the client feels involved in every step of the recruitment process and is continuously kept informed about progress. In Rubino’s close collaboration with Ensto, we have achieved exactly that.
A close collaboration
The recruitment process always begins with a meeting where the HR Manager and the hiring manager at Ensto, together with Rubino Rekrytering, discuss the needs and requirements for the specific role. The next step is for Rubino Rekrytering to draft a job advertisement based on these discussions, and the following day the ads are presented for review. Once interesting candidates have been identified, the process continues with additional interviews to ensure that we select the right person for the role.
Madeleine Björk, HR Manager at Ensto, has been part of the collaboration with Rubino Rekrytering for over 20 years and values the close and personal relationship.

We have been working with Rubino for a very long time, over 20 years. We have also worked with other recruitment agencies, mainly larger ones, but they haven’t delivered the same results. There was a lot of talk and little action. Rubino Rekrytering is smaller, but they always find the right people, and the collaboration is very close. You know that Harry Rubino always delivers, and I can always trust Rubino Rekrytering 200%. It’s not easy to find recruiters like Rubino Rekrytering.

Follow-up, an important component of our partnership
For us at Rubino Rekrytering, follow-up is a crucial part of the recruitment process, and it is something we value highly in our collaboration with Ensto. We do not consider the recruitment complete when a candidate is hired; rather, follow-up is seen as a natural continuation to ensure that everything works as expected and that both the company and the candidate are satisfied. This thoroughness is part of our commitment as a long-term partner, not just a service provider.
For Ensto, which has had a long and successful collaboration with us, this provides assurance that we take responsibility throughout the entire process. We follow up to ensure that the recruited candidate meets the established expectations, and if any challenges arise, we act quickly to address them. This commitment and sense of responsibility make us a reliable and long-term partner for Ensto, and we are proud to contribute to their continued success by finding the right people for their team.

Rubino Rekrytering checks in to see how things have gone and whether we feel everything is going well. If not, they speak with the candidate to clarify what went wrong and then provide a new follow-up. In other words, they take responsibility for the entire recruitment process and continue to provide significant support afterward.
