Hemi Heating is a Swedish company that delivers customized heating solutions for industrial production and research projects worldwide. Their solutions help enable high-tech development, which requires both technical expertise and an understanding of the customer’s needs.

The collaboration between Rubino Rekrytering and Hemi Heating began in 2022, when Sören Christensen, Sales Manager at Hemi Heating, faced a recruitment need. As the head of the company’s six-person sales team, he had previously used several different recruitment agencies but had never quite found the right fit. For this reason, Sören decided to look within his own industry, and one recurring name was Rubino Rekrytering, which had successfully conducted several recruitments in the electrical and energy sector.

Finding the right talent in a competitive market

When the collaboration with Rubino began, the challenge was clear: as a smaller and relatively unknown company, it was difficult to reach the right people in a competitive market. Previous collaborations with other recruitment firms had not delivered the quality or sense of fit that Sören was looking for.

During the first recruitment, there was some back-and-forth to find the right fit, but since then they know exactly who we are, and it’s easy to understand the profile we are looking for. 

Since then, the collaboration has evolved into something that more closely resembles an extension of the internal team.
