To Reichle & De-Massari we are looking for a Sales Manager Datacenters, responsible for the Nordic region, located in the Malmö / Copenhagen area.

As a Sales Manager Datacenters for the Nordic Region you will be responsible for creating and building a substantial market share in the Nordic datacenter market. Mid-Long-term goal is to multiply the current business volume and build strong market awareness in the region. You will build customer relationships, set and implement channel strategies. You will be a part of the Nordic regional team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, located in Sweden.
To be considered a candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably within the cable/connectivity industry. If you have experience from one or more of the following engineering market segments: datacenters, telecom, fibre and/or copper business it is an advantage for the right person.
The suitable candidate possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a “can do” mindset. You act in a consultative selling manner and know the sales and contractual language.
As a person you are result driven and self-motivated, your approach is stable, trustworthy, reliable and respected. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strive to build and develop business relationships. You probably have a University degree or proven similar level experience.
You will be measured from the following indicators:
- Building the business from small to substantial
- Meeting expectations in customer satisfaction of both targeted and internal customers
