DEFA is a Norwegian technology company founded in 1946, operating in engine heaters, charging solutions for electric vehicles, and lighting for public spaces. The company develops technical solutions that combine innovation and sustainability, focusing on products that make everyday life easier for both individuals and businesses.
Recruiting the right talent is a challenge in all technology-intensive industries.
