Information on the collection of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Rubino Rekrytering AB, 556641-9098, conducts consultancy services in recruitment and staffing and comparable activities.In its operations, Rubino Rekrytering AB processes personal data about applicants in order to fulfil agreements on behalf of clients within the scope of the purposes stated above, as well as personal data that applicants themselves have submitted to Rubino Rekrytering AB out of interest for future recruitment.Interest in a specific position, or in being considered for a possible future recruitment or staffing assignment, requires that Rubino Rekrytering AB receives, registers and forwards the personal data necessary for an applicant to be considered for a position. It is also required that the personal data be passed on to Rubino Rekrytering AB’s clients.Rubino Rekrytering AB only processes personal data that is necessary to fulfil agreements with its clients, as well as personal data submitted to express interest in recruitment and to which the data subject has given their written consent.

The purposes of the processing are either to carry out a specific recruitment or to maintain a basis for future recruitments.

The legal basis consists partly of the necessity of the processing to fulfil the agreement with the client, and partly of the data subject’s consent to the processing. Please note that other legislation may impose an obligation to process personal data.In addition to Rubino Rekrytering AB itself processing the personal data to fulfil its purposes, the personal data may be transferred to employers who are recruiting staff.

The personal data will be processed and stored for the duration of Rubino Rekrytering AB’s agreement with a client, or at the latest until the applicable statutory limitation period has elapsed. Expressions of interest for future recruitment will be deleted every two years unless otherwise requested by the applicant.During the period of processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to request access to their data, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of data or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

If the data subject withdraws their consent, the conditions for processing the personal data may nonetheless still exist. A withdrawal also does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.

Rubino Rekrytering AB does not process personal data for purposes other than those stated, and the balancing of interests required in connection with the fulfilment of agreements.By completing your details in a form on www.rubino.se, you consent to us storing and processing your personal data in order to contact you regarding the company’s services and products. We will only process your data in order to be able to contact you.

Your personal data will be deleted within 60 days of you submitting it and will not be used for any other purposes.

Complaints regarding the processing of personal data may be submitted to the supervisory authority – the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
