About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Application Manager to take
ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and
ensure it supports and evolves with the needs of the business.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a deep understanding
of ERP systems, a curious and proactive mindset, and the ability to see both
the bigger picture and the finer details. You’ll be part of the IT organization
and work closely with the supply chain team and other department heads, acting
as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You should be able
to analyze business requirements, make strategic decisions, and also have the
skills to adjust and develop the system yourself when needed.

Initially, your focus will be on the implementation and
upgrade project, working alongside project managers, internal teams, and
external partners. During this phase, it is essential that you quickly gain a
thorough understanding of the system, processes, and business to take long-term
ownership of the ERP system once the upgrade is complete.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and develop Dynamics 365 F&O – ensuring optimal
functionality and continuous development in line with business needs
Oversee integrations and system development – managing
connections with other business-critical systems such as EDI, CRM, e-commerce,
and Power BI
Drive process improvements – working with superusers and
process owners to analyze business needs and identify opportunities to optimize
processes and enhance the ERP system
Provide support and training – acting as a subject matter
expert for superusers and process owners across the organization
Document procedures and integrations
Lead future initiatives and integrate additional systems
in the next phases of the ERP project

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a solid understanding of business processes within
supply chain and finance, brings an analytical and solution-oriented mindset,
and actively seeks opportunities for improvement. You have strong communication
skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical
solutions.

You also bring:

A university degree in information systems or a technical
education with a focus on business systems and/or supply chain
3–5 years of experience in ERP system management and
development, with technical understanding of ERP architecture and system
integrations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O is a
strong advantage
Knowledge of EDI, BI systems (e.g., Power BI or
QlikSense), and warehouse/production modules is a plus
Experience in project management and change management
Fluency in English, both written and spoken – proficiency
in Swedish or Norwegian is a plus
