Ford Motor Company Sweden, is currently seeking an experienced, driven and highly motivated HR Manager to our office in Stockholm, Solna to support our Swedish sales organization along with Ford Credit in Gothenburg.
This position requires a high-level of integrity, a wide knowledge in several of the functional areas of HR in Sweden, and a pro-active approach to our Financial branch Ford Credit situated in Gothenburg. This position is embedded within the business unit to understand issues and present HR solutions most effectively to the organization. The HR Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and will also be a part of the Swedish management team.
Some of the main responsibilities:
- Consultant and support to the Managing Director and Managers
- Employee as well as Leadership development
- Manage and follow-up HR policies and routines, globally within Ford Motor Company as well as local praxis
- Manage recruitment processes
- Responsible for work environment, Health & Safety as well as union interaction/negotiation
- Manage and prepare payroll administration for external payroll agency
- Coordinate and be compliant with the company’s internal control as well as local Swedish audits
- Handle reports and statistics
To be successful in this role, we see that you are able to see the big perspective as well as digging into details when necessary. A hands-on approach and a non-prestigious personality is crucial due to the close interaction with the team.

Ideal candidate has an academic education in HR, PA or equivalent relevant for the role. We see that you are experienced in broad HR and personnel work and have very good knowledge of labor law, agreements and conversion work.
