DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

(Key) Account Manager is an end-to-end sales role, starting from prospecting to cash collection. You will be responsible of managing and growing Forenom’s existing clients as well as acquiring new clients. The Account Manager works towards and reaches or exceeds mutually agreed targets, is constantly in search of and closing new opportunities, takes care of client satisfaction and communicates clients’ needs and feedback internally at Forenom. (Key) Account Manager’s role is based in Malmö and you are expected to sell all areas in southern Sweden as well as across the borders.

The (Key) Account Manager will ensure:

  • that Forenom is the clients’ preferred supplier through relationship management
  • activity and pipeline targets are met or exceeded
  • build and develop relationships with existing and new clients according to Forenom’s account management model(s) and individually set targets
  • reach or exceed set goals in terms of activities and financials 
  • be self-directing and active in his/her own work
  • follow, and whenever needed, to collect overdue account receivables
  • positively contribute to healthy company culture and positive team spirit

We expect you to have/be:

  • Experience from B2B sales
  • have a strong work ethic with a drive to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
  • love to build and nurture relations
  • thrive in this position, we believe that you must be persistent and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • sustain success in acquiring new business or customer acquisition
