Project Manager to drive change towards profitable growth

We improve patients’ access to healthcare by offering 
an innovative case management system, which includes 
most communication channels i.e. video, chat and 
telephony. 

At the same time, we improve the work environment for 
the care staff whose responsibility is to meet the 
patients’ demands for prompt access to healthcare. 

In the role as Project Manager you will be working at 
the Product Management department, but often also 
closely to the CEO of the company. You will lead 
projects building the foundation for making Aurora’s 
business operations better suited to manage an 
extensive international expansion. Preferably you 
have experience from product businesses and deep 
knowledge of what drives expansion and scalability. 
The transition Aurora Innovation is starting is an 
interesting journey, in which you will have an 
important role.

To be successful you have at least a master’s degree 
and experience in project management. You master 
English fluently and have strong analytical, leadership 
and strategic skills. You have probably worked with 
business development in a product development 
organization before. 

As a person you are highly motivated in driving change. 
You are driven by the purpose of the project, and 
therefore you do not hesitate to question solutions 
that may already be ‘established truths. We trust you 
have the courage to challenge prevailing methods and 
business concepts. You constantly evaluate and communicate 
the project’s progress and have the courage to make 
changes as necessary. You are curious, have an open 
attitude and try to free yourself of your own pre-
perceptions. You take ownership and have a lot of 
energy.
