Regional Sales Director, Nordics HVAC

Challenge
The Regional Sales Director Nordics has a direct account responsibility for the profit and loss of the Nordic company. He gathers market information and develops, optimise sales, builds new relationships and develop it further with wholesalers, consulting engineers, contractors and installers. He steers the sales teams in an efficient way and reports to the Sales Director Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Profit and Loss account of the Company
  • Direct responsible for the sales and commercial activities of the Company in Iceland, Finland and Norway
  • Steering the sales teams in Sweden and Denmark and organising the corresponding activities
  • Sales promotion at wholesalers, installers and consulting engineers
  • Acquisition of new customers according to the strategy of the Company group
  • Organise and participate in promotions, exhibitions and special events
  • Participation in training for educating customers and designers
  • Market research
  • Technical advice to the customers
  • Prepares the marketing & sales plan including the corresponding goals and is responsible for the implementation
  • Prepares the annual budget for the Company Nordics

Requirements

  • Higher technical college or university education
  • Commercial
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational talent and discipline
  • Common knowledge of English
  • Working experience in the heating branch
  • Experienced in marketing, public relations-, and sales
  • Experience leading a team of people
