To the Danish subsidiary of SEAB, a leader in car care products, with many of the absolutely strongest brands in the portfolio, we are looking for a Sales Manager with KAM responsibilities.

The Job
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to run, develope and grow a business with strong brands in an interesting industry.
Your responsibility will be to manage and develop the Danish operations under SEAB. The business consists of a sales office with four sales representatives. Located in Hedehusene in western Copenhagen.
Besides running the business, you are responsible for key customers and partners.
Customers include superstores, retail, petro chemical companies and the like.
Competencies and experience
The right candidate will be:
- Responsibility for key customers
- Collaborating with Nordic Sales Manager
- Leading the sales department’s work
- Able to gather around the department goals & visions
- Able to prioritize, make clear decisions, delegate and follow up
- Cost conscious & result oriented
- Inspirational, motivate and develop employees
- Experienced of sales work KAM (even more important than beeing a sales manager)
- Secure with good self-awareness
- Purposeful, proactive and patient
- Clear and communicative
Experience from consumer goods and retail is strongly prefered.
